No sorry, we have this in law for a reason. It's responsibility of both sides to make the deal at least somewhat reasonable. If someone manages to trick you into taking obviously terrible deal the legal system protects you in all civilized countries, especially if your health is going to be damaged if you were forced to follow through.
Maybe you think that if I agree to give up all my income for next 30 years to you if I lose a game of chess I should be obliged to do that? There are boundaries to what is an acceptable contract and this is way beyond those boundaries.
