This might sound cheesy/cliche but some things are priceless. It's partly because the value of money diminishes the more you have, and there's a cap on how much happiness money can bring you. If I have enough to buy a nice house, a few dozen acres worth of property, eat whatever I want, and have enough left to invest and live off the interest then what more do I need? I'm sure I'd find a way to spend more money but anything beyond that is a marginal gain compared to what I'd already have.
If I lose a finger it would be a permanent disability that would affect me every day. I am on the computer A LOT. My favorite hobbies are video games and programming and missing any one of my fingers would suck for both of those.
I'd consider some toes. Never a finger.
