That said, I agree with you - Gzesh kind of comes across like an old man yelling at clouds. Yeah, people create videos on Youtube to entertain/inform people, and they make money from said content with ads. Kind of like TV, newspapers, and magazines. Pretty weak thing to knock a YouTuber for.
Bobo, pretty weak ? Scam for product X is an offensive term to be bandied about by you just because a product is gambling related in some manner.
His content is unintentionally hilarious, I think, because of its smarmy Brit sort of affectations. The folks at that casino in Washington were WAY nice to him, they didn't even 86 him, just told him he could play minimum bets at BJ and anything else was fully open.
The product links however pitched by him were in no way related to his content, his counting or any reason for being. If he had some blackjack product, why do you think that would be a scam ? Are you really unintentionally implying that 2+2 products for example are some sort of "scam" because they are poker educational on a site with poker content.. That sort of pitch would have been less annoying.
(Thanks for the condescending info about the general concept of the media sponsorship model for broadcast and online content. I heard they sometime even put poker content on free to watch television at times.)
