I don't know the guy, and I don't (or shouldn't!) care about any of this, but I just can't help myself, I have to say that I don't think his initial story/joke/whatever is idiotic or crazy. Do you want a high floor or a low floor? Would I survive a jump from a low floor? No? Then what's the difference?

By all means, take him to task for any beefs you have with him, and criticize him where he deserves it, and laugh at his rant-like posting style, but don't pretend only a crazy person or a complete moron or a suicidal psychopath could make that comment/joke.

if he just said he wanted the money back he had to pay the hospital, money for his room and money for the tournement (if he couldn't unregister) pretty much everyone would be on his side and he could probably even get unbanned after a year or so.

1) The guy made one 10 word sentence about jumping from low floor and calmly moved on;
2) The guy's recap of the events are not realistic like his comments in this thread, and he behaved in an unhinged manner, escalating the situation every step of the way.

You appear to be jumbling up the requirements for Title 1 of the ADA affecting employees and Title 3 of the ADA affecting public accommodations like hotels. I don't believe anything in Title 3 would prevent a business from refusing his business given the facts in this case.

GRUNCH: in the UK commericial premises may deny entry to anyone and everyone as long as the reason does not amount to legally prohibited discrimination. So a grocery store could not forbid entry to it premises on the grounds of race, religion, gender or sexual orientation BUT they could deny basis on the grounds that you have bad taste in music, your breath smells, you pick your nose and that you use poor grammar in your speech and writing. There is no right to entry.

Once again incorrect. I’m banned from Mohegan Sun because I took a video of me and my friend Chris playing poker which apparently is very frowned upon. And the “stories” that you are confusing is about another woman who LITERALLY STOLE $500 from me about 5 years ago and actually just this week, she actually paid me back and all is forgiven and I NEVER dated her! It’s absurd that they would kick me out ESPECIALLY after they sent up all those people to my room to ask me about and then I explained to them verbatim and they STILL chose to take those actions. They had predetermined that no matter what I said they were kicking me out. So if that’s the case, why ask me anything!? I assure you that all they had to do was say, the young lady at the desk is not from America and didn’t pick up on the fact that you were asking a light-hearted question about your chance of survival if you HAD TO JUMP, but rather heard the word “jump” and based on what they are trained to do, contacted security. But after speaking with you, Mr. Robbins, it’s clear that you are not a danger to yourself or anyone else and we strongly suggest never to use the word “jump” in any context in the future when at a hotel. You just claimed that it wasn't a joke, you were asking about the chances of surviving a jump in an emergency, then shared an article you claim to be spot on, which makes no mention of asking as relates to an emergency, and in fact states that you reiterated several times you were joking.

You clearly have a long history of a less than positive disposition, and repeated incidences of drama and conflict, where you always have some story about how you didn't cause it. Usually people like that go with the whole "I just have bad luck, people take advantage of me because I'm good, I don't know how this keeps happening," etc. etc. But if you're a pro poker player that's like saying "I'm a great poker player I just can't win because I'm unlucky." Which is crazy....except you also allude in this thread to being the kind of person who gets very frustrated with dealers when they cooler you....
