He consented to a eval so he could still stay there, then they still ban him after he passed it. Bad form on their part, just ban him immediately if you are going to ban him after he pays for a hospital visit.

But in all seriousness, because literally 95% of all that I find on the internet about this including this entire thread is incorrect, I was forced to the hospital. They don’t need to handcuff you to make you go. I did not consent in any way shape or form. But when you are told by two armed state police officers who knock on your door that you cannot leave and MUST go with the EMTs to the hospital and are then paraded through the casino on a stretcher, then you go. I expressly told the police, EMTs and security “This is the most absurd reaction I have ever witnessed. Why would you come to the room and ask me questions if you already had preconceived notions of the intentions of my words? You came up to make sure I was ok and not suicidal. Clearly you see that I am no threat to myself or others and I’m quite happy. I made an off the cuff remark which didn’t include the words ‘if there was an earthquake or fire or some kind of emergency that would force me to’. So why are you carting me off like someone who is a threat to himself or others?” I was not given a response. The reason why is because before they knocked on my door of my hotel room, they already decided on what they were going to do. I will add, as I have on so many other posts, it is quite unfair for so many people to crucify a guy on a forum just because they can or just because they don’t know me or just because they have played at a poker table with me and don’t love my personality or dislike they fact that I’m not up to snuff to what they expect from others socially. It’s not my job to befriend everyone at a poker table. I have a personality which works for me. Some people love me, others hate me. But I assure you, there are more than a handful of people in the poker world that I do not like for REAL REASONS; yet I wouldn’t use this medium to go trash them online unprovoked.
