Andy,

Hope all is well. Need to get you back to Aruba next year.

Based on our growth, we have an opportunity we wanted to send your way.

The PPC Poker Tour just wrapped up its most successful season yet.
PPC Poker Tour - Season 4 (2016)

* 30 events
* 10 states
* 5th annual PPC Aruba World Championship
* 2016 PPC Aruba Main Event prize pool - $554,743

As we move into 2017, our 5th tour season, we are at an exciting point of critical mass that will be take the tour from 30 stops nationwide to 50 in 2017, followed by 100 total in 2018. We will also be adding 2 additional scaled down Aruba events as well leading into our PPC Aruba World Championship in October of 2017. In addition, we are in talks with some high-end sponsors to become the "Title Sponsor" of the tour for years to come.

We are currently looking for our 2nd round of funding to take us to the next level. Investors that join our team will be coming in during our largest growth spurt to date. It's time that we take that big step to be the
largest poker tour in the world when it comes to overall stops.

For the first time since inception in 2010, we will be offering up to 50% equity in the PPC and are looking for a few new investors to push us to the next level. We both feel the time is right to bring on some new partners.

If you'd like us to send over more details, forward your email and we'll send our investment options next week.

Thanks again and wishing you a great holiday season.

Sincerely,
Sandy Swartzbaugh

Were the investment options:

$554,743 gets you 50% of the company.
Where did we come up with the number? Careful consideration of the funds we would need to make the PPC and Aruba main event even more successful next year.

I'm here, just trying to find out more answers... last thing I want to do is step on the toes of those trying to get paid. It may be 5pm central before I post again.

Well I know there's a huge group ready to blow that's using you as kind of an unofficial deadline, they're ready to tell their story.

I'm putting stuff together right now, but it's not good. Anybody wants to spout, let them. I can't tell you how unbelievably disappointed I am right now.

Last year's champ really dropped the ball in making a big deal out of how long it took him to get paid. Could have saved this whole mess.

Preparing a statement now for the Madison Poker Community which I will then post on here and Card Player.

I have been asked directly by the PPC to withhold my statement until Noon Eastern Time in order for them to come to a settlement on the issue with the players involved. Since we all want to see payment made in full, I will once again cross my fingers and hope that this will be resolved.

I'm well aware that this compromise may seem as capitulating to the will of the PPC, but I don't think that's the case. I choose to believe that I'm helping to facilitate the possible payment of one of the members of the Madison Poker Community as well as the other 2016 PPC Aruba World Championship Final Table members.

My name is Michael Hanson and I am the Founder/Director of the Madison Poker Community, a group which currently boasts over 1000+ members on Facebook.

These guys are professional stallers and it sucks that they keep getting more time. I hope it's all for a reason and people get paid.

Yeah, but you're probably doing so on the backs of newly duped (and uninformed) "investors". Pretty irresponsible at this late stage to let others get bilked.

Nice work here, ClickItBak.

Would appreciate any guidance on how to bring this to the attention of the FBI if (as it appears more and more) it is in fact a Ponzi where they made off with close to a million dollars.

Pretty crazy that they reply to MH, yet, not the masses that they owe. Also, that they read this thread, yet can't reply here either.

FBI wont touch it unless the scam is for over a million. Lack of resources I was told several years back.

They're halfway there with just prize pool, they could be getting very close with travel funds.

I've messaged personal Facebook's too. They've seen it every time and ignored.

So if truthful information about the situation gets posted, they are threatening to not pay up? That is obviously super scummy if that's what they're telling you.

Ty OP for bringing this discussion to light. Others whom are hoping to get paid have kept mute about this which only adds more $ to the scam. This prisoners dilemma is the backbone to any Ponzi scheme when the cracks begin to show.

They're now deleting all Facebook comments related to this.

Don't be afraid to drop them a comment on their Facebook page asking why they haven't paid out winners after a 7 week old poker tournament.

The final 7 did not get paid
Was told it would be wired - did not take place
The bigger issue is online sponsers that awarded seats to this tourney ACR Intertops etc
That now sheds light again on US poker online and questions that will get raised as these firms too will be likely part of the full investigation

Very unhealthy and truly if fact will have ripple effect going forward both live and online
