talked to both of his parents, there is an issue with the taxes but no where near as serious as ryland made it out...were going to go talk to an agent and have it switched over to my name

simple way to figure this out is to do a mock tax return right now so you can see what your marginal tax rate would be. have you worked at all this year. i suspect you won't be paying any taxes at all when your standard deduction is figured in.

if you are paying taxes this year then this pt guy needs to pay up
