In the settlement with the DOJ there were a handful of players that were connected to full tilt whose debts were not discharged. This gave Stars the right to go and collect those debts. I can't remember 100%, but I think these were owners of full tilt! such as Ivey, Juanda, Lindgren etc etc.. There could have been a few players who owed larger sums that weren't owners, but I can't remember the list off the top of my head.
All other debts that regular players owed, from such things as payments not collected by their processors, Stars gave up the rights to collect. Those players who owed money through processors got a walk.
