Strange. I got the email too to a UK account, and the email came from the starsaccount.uk email address. But the body of the email doesn't make a lot of sense in that context - UK customers aren't playing under the Isle of Man gaming license (but the UKGC gaming license).

As mentioned before, 0*X=0 rewards, where X=less or more than previous value Y.
But at least the color of them chests is new.

Those boxes look prettier too imo, it's good to know that if they aren't giving the rake back to players at least some of it is going to graphic designers.

I see. Maybe 550 is the baseline that will then be re-'tailored' depending if you're a winning player that month. I remember the old red chest jumped from 140 to 265 pretty quickly.

That they don't actually list any point requirements on their website leads me to believe fluctuation will be happening.

I still have a red chest on my Rewards for 265 points without boosts, I guess it upgrades after that.

So i need 14750 points for silver chest, which means i need to pay $147.5 in rake. If i did the math correctly average rb now is 2%, even worse than before YIKES

Also getting 2% on blue chests. 2500 points - $25 rake for 50c.

If blue chests only award cash seems like $250+ rake/month is needed just to play The Deal.

UK player on silver - My target is 2750 per chest. So I need 27,500 points over 28 days to hit gold.

Does everybody else who is on silver have the same target of 2750 x 10?

Can they bump up my/our targets midway through depending on your success?

I got the new diamond chests or w.e is below black and they are 15k points each (was on platinum chests for 13k before this update - downgraded to gold yesterday to gold for 6k then back up to diamond now)

I don't play but my guess is that they win and don't need to rely on the rakeback. Client is basically superior to any other client and stars has the biggest playerpool and biggest selection of games to play.
