Hello Alexei,
Thanks for contacting us.
To answer your question we can confirm that manual change of the tables' number is not possible. The limits are the same for all of our players, as following:
In order to provide a better playing experience for players, we have implemented individual cash game table limits.
Previously, there was a hard limit of 24 cash game tables that any player can simultaneously play. Now, this limit will be set individually for each player, by us, using an automated system.
At the beginning of each month, we will calculate how quickly you have acted on each hand, on average, during the previous month. If your time to take each action has been too slow, your table limit will be lowered. If your actions were quick and you have played a high number of tables at a time, your table cap will be raised.
The average player will not notice any changes. Their maximum limit will remain at 24 tables.
If changes have been made to the number of tables you can play, an email notification will be sent to your registered email address.
At this time, Multi-Table and Sit & Go Tournaments will not be affected.
These changes have been made based on extensive player feedback and we hope that we can continue to provide the best playing experience for our players.
Regarding your other question about the Zoom tables' limit we can inform you that rules remain the same:
A player can join up to 4 times in the same Zoom game (except for Heads Up Zoom games, where the maximum number of entries per Zoom pool is 2), so it will count as 12 Real Money tables.
This means that a player can enter up to 8 Zoom games before you meet the 24 maximum number of Cash Game tables allowed.
If you have any further questions do not hesitate to contact us.
Regards,
