I don't know about rest of world, but UK it's tough to get money onto sites to play these stakes. Also you have sites offering 40% and better, without this "but you need to fulfil this requirement to get any of it" malarkey.

Once you complete the chest the new rewards system will be active (You will need to grind more to complete the new chest)

Edit: Now I see they suck so much that they can't even update their system to the new rb, thought it was already on

Make sure to check the small print. Their last rewards program included the caveat:

"We reserve the right to hold on to millions of dollars owed to players. Even if some individuals are owed literally tens of thousands, we may keep it and instead get Daniel Negreanu to excitedly announce a freeroll. Daniel reserves the right to appear to be disgusted by our behaviour and to pretend to threaten to quit."

It blows my mind how bad the software is for Pokerstars rewards chests.

They have had them for several years now and it still takes me closing and opening the window multiple times to actually be able to open the chest and get the reward.

Back when they had bronze/silver/gold reward levels I don't recall ever having an issue getting RB.

I vaguely remember PS hosting a free $1m tournament every month for gold level and above, that was such a good bonus!

I'm guessing the software developers may be tied up in regulatory work, which leads to having no capacity to do basic updates to the UI.

A few years ago, they upgraded their software to Aurora and it was more of a massive downgrade.

I have to close the software and reboot it to access the cashier a lot of the time.

If I play a heads up sit and go, sometimes it takes 30 seconds to load it and it sits me out lol.

GGPoker is another league, when it comes to their software.

A donkey would never play on PokerStars now, if they were aware of GGPoker.

GG is popping. Also a sheetton of reg games going. This might have backfired a bit for stars tbh. Cutting the rb from the smaller stakes and NL500 ain't even running atm.

They had a server update earlier, hence slow traffic.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but tomorrow's traffic may be a better indication.

242 runners for 100nl is incredible for GG though. The joys of having an entire world pool.

They have removed rewards for casino and sports betting as well.

Sick to death of talking about rake, but they increased the rake on the hyper heads up sit and gos as well.

They were 2 percent rake and are now 5 percent rake. The ROI in those games was 4 percent if you were excellent, so just another unbeatable, breakeven game now on Jokerstars, with the rake increase.

Regular 6 max 2.50/5 games now dead as well at 6 pm prime time in Ireland.
