So ****ing depressing. I started playing plo because I could make better status playing lower stakes than nlhe.

Now I am trapped paying huge ammount of rakes and receiving garbage for it in stupid chests.

I have no reason to play on this site anymore. I am already looking for the new site to play in

Someone with knowledge of other sites really has to make a write-up and post it in here where other good sites to play for which games are...

Game selection is a skill that is required to be considered a "good" poker player.
Are you really asking someone to do YOUR job or did I read it wrong ?

There are plenty of other sites offering better than Stars in terms of lower rake/higher rakeback.
The main reasons (amongst others) these sites don't attract more players are :
- software, which is usually not as slick and ergonomic as Stars one
- traffic, which is a bigger problem because you need to find enough tables to play your regular volume

As a "professional" player, your goal should be to maximize your profits, not to look for the most convenient poker software to use.
If you can't play your regular traffic on one site, then add another room or 2, but yeah I know it's not very comfortable to juggle between different interfaces, but question is : are you there to have fun in a comfy environment or are you there to make money ?

Let the Stars toys to the boys and move on to where your business should be.

good software is one of the important parts of "maxin profit" equation

the incentive to add in other sites than stars has always been there, it is now a necessity to only have stars as a small fraction of your volume or you are screwing up in a big way.. but the more regs that stay there, the better the other sites will be, so w/e

This exactly what I do. I use to play all stars but once they got rid of the vip system I split my play to micorgmaing and stars at the same time.

Now they have changed the vip system again I play only play 2/3 tables of zoom and add up to 8 MG tables depending on traffic.

I cant completely leave as PLO traffic isn't great at other sites

As much as i love Stars software.. its a clear move to PartyPoker for me

if there wont be enough action from time to time, there is always a possibility to play on
Stars in the meantime

It's not clear how many regs will move out. The 197 posters who've voted for moving are only a small part of the entire Stars reg population.

i've seen a good numbers of screens on polish pokerstrategy showing openings of all different kind of cases and it looks like all kind of players, both winnings & loosing, both micro stakes and high stakes players are getting less on average, so who actually gets more or did dneg lie publicly?

If I had a net worth of couple of million, I could be spewing a lot of garbage as well

I don't need someone to do my job for me, I know the main sites for HUSNGS and where I'd like to play and reasons behind it..



Chico is also good from HUSNGs but I am not on it nor am I on WPN...

I have no issue with others knowing which sites I am playing on but Yah it's not about the software it's about the games, where I could be on 888 but cashing out sucks, rakeback sucks and games aren't that great for HUSNGS but most likely better for MTT's and Lower Limit Cash? (Maybe?)


All the "winning regs" will know about other sites in their games and do not need to ask on 2+2, I said it should be mentioned for traffic wise on where there is action in the games you are playing as the regs that wanted to join those sites have already joined... See what I'm getting at?

Opening chests atm is total garbage and a waste of time, only got a freeroll ticket and like not a single chest more than 10cents in like 7 chests, i think they must save much more extra money since the VIP status is removed and they will implement new probabilties after they notice like: "wow we have so much extra money, and such angry/disappointed community, lets return something more.
otherwise the graphic will go down again because of drop of the player field long term, this is the most viable option, besides just bleeding to death.

Negreanu just parrots whatever Stars tell him to. All poker players have had a reduction, even purely recreational fish.

Casino/Sports now gives points towards a chest so a degen that clicks around the client randomly now gets a tiny % of lossback. That's the example they have in mind when they say someone now gets more. Very dishonest but that's how they do things now.

Most pokerstars users won't figure out that the rakeback equals 4% on average. They'll be too mesmerized by the shiny new chests.

Jesus this new system is utter horse****. I was always mostly a "recreational" player grinding the hyper turbos and was never too focused on rake back but an extra 30-40 dollars a month was always nice.

I'm now literally opening chests where I'm getting 7 star coins and whatever the hell those green coins are.

So **** and hopefully get changed soon but I highly doubt it.
