Hello,
On April 4th, 2020 I was playing my usual morning MTT session. Since fields in higher stakes european morning MTTs are small, I know most of the regs and I often scroll through lobby. In $162 Pacific (which at the beginning has around 40 players) I have noticed that there are unusually high number of Lithuanian players. I did some Sharkscoping and it became obvious that there are 6 accounts that are being played by the same person.
Here is a spreadsheet that shows how many tournaments each of these accounts played on any given day from 2nd of February to 8th of April.
At the bottom of the spreadsheet you can see screenshots of tournaments that each account played. Some of the accounts are now locked on Sharkscope.

I think not much to comment, it's too obvious.
- Same country
- Same tournaments played on the exactly same days.

I have sent this spreadsheets to Pokerstars security on 8th of April and got a standard response the next day that they will look into it and take appropriate actions but can't comment on this case. Few days later I met them at the tables again, but decided to wait a bit more before posting and giving Stars some time during this busy time. After that it seemed that they were gone until I saw them playing again today and could not believe it. I checked on Sharkscope and they started playing again on 5th of may. Same style, playing exact same tournaments on exact same days.
I just can't understand why Pokerstars ignored this case. I think this is a clear cheating and hurts other players a lot, aspecially in small field morning MTTs. When 6 players play in a tournament like $162 Pacific, which has like 40 runners at the beginning, that means at least on one table there will be at least two accounts sharing cards. And the negative effect is multiplied on final tables where they can manipulate ICM. They should definitely be frozen permanently with funds confiscated.
