Guys help me out (I know this isn't a tech support thread but I need to get this fixed).

I have got a new laptop and keep getting this error. I get it 10 mins into session and it folds every hand I'm in and forces me to restart the client. I have tried the laptop on different networks in different countries and it happens everywhere. I have tried all the classic tricks to remove Aurora and nothing works.

Someone told me there is an official way to remove Aurora but I can't find it. Anyone know how to do it, or fix the error message above? Thanks.

Edit - have also put Aurora onto low AND medium mode and it still happens.

I think it has to do with last version update of PokerStars.
I had same problem for the last week and now I have copied the backup folder(for a older version of PS) and seems to work fine.

I can see the cash game leaderboards are back - first 300 hands get ranked.

Is there any skill in these at all? Or does it just auto register the first 300 hands you play.

Is there anything I can do to get more points?

Hi!
Do you expect the new program to be released on October 1st? That's what I understood at first, but I've just realised that the trial ending on September doesn't mean the new system will launch on October.

Went and try Carbon Lite and its a life saviour. No More lagging and triple clicking buttons, neat theme too. Also seems to reduce eyestrain.

Is the Cash Game Leader Board promo gone for everyone else?

I still see it advertised at the bottom of the lobby but for the last few days there's only been Spin and Go leader boards.

Do you have any more specific info on how they "sorted it"?

I just spoke to a chat representative and all they did was say if I was eligible I would get it and since I don't get I must no be eligible.

Despite the fact that I'm still asked to opt in to at the bottom of the ****ing lobby. So frustrating.

You dont need to rake a ton! I've played there for a long time and have 100%+ rakeback almost every week. The lowest I had was 75%.

Based on the sheet on rio site the rb system is bad and based on heavy volume. Don't know how the lbs work because they have zero traffic eu hours when I last payed there earlier this year. Allso the rake is higher than other sites https://www.runitonce.eu/rake/ Like stars NL100 is 5% 2.5bb cap party is 5% 3bb cap.

You dont know what you are talking about.
In terms of rakeback there is no beter place.
In terms of net rake payed there is no better place.
In terms of promotions value there is no better place.
Only inn terms of traffic there are better places to play.
