Joe Ingram just shouted out Limon. The lineups have been great these past two weeks. However, the annuncers have been atrocious. I think it's unfair to say Nicole left because of him because she returned one night. She still works there just couldn't do the LATB announcing because of family responsibility. I think she just announced on Friday and that's when she does her Web show.

I agree with what has been said. I think the election, coupled with growing regret towards the path he has chosen, mixed with alcoholism has pushed a guy that had a lot of positive things to contribute at one time over the edge.

Limon is a funny guy. And he did have some great insights once in a while. I enjoyed the show and would like to see him keep doing poker sesh on his own.

LATB that night had a huge increase in traffic because many people were there to listen to Doug. The missed point is that many of these viewers were there for the first time and had no meaningful connection or opinion formed about LATB. This was a time to convert them and show them how great the show is on normal nights when Doug is not there.

Meh, as someone who played with Limon everyday for over 3 years, the people in this thread are clueless and have no idea what they are talking about.

Abe is a pure hustler; everything he does is based around the hustle. When you see him drinking, there is always a reason. Everything he does has a reason and the reason is almost always to make money. When you see him kick up his antics, there's always a reason. Once again, the reason is to make money. He is a calm and normal guy 99% of the time; what you see as the drunk is exactly what he wants you to see.

I have nothing negative to say about Limon other than

JAYSUS Christ Jackee Boy!!!
His commentary on LATB was the most atrocious thing ever.
Yes, every now and then it was hilarious but I could never listen
for an extended period of time because it ALWAYS turned into drunken rants and Limon being obnoxious trying to crack himself up.

Like he was doing the show to entertain himself rather than an audience.
