Those other announcers are not good. I'm sure they are great guys, and it's nothing personal. I only watched for Abe's drunken rants.

Cue the Sinead O'Connor.

Even if you ignore his antics (which I actually thought were mostly hilarious), he brought a way of thinking to those shows that I found far more valuable than anyone else's. And I loved the non-poker aspects of some of the Pokersesh content too.

Oh well...officially crying in my beer on this one.

**** I loved poker sesh. Limon don't go just because the Doug Polk nonsense. Of course he big timed you. He was only there to promote his crappy training site anyway. He prob thought being on your show would hurt his "brand".

I never watched Poker Sesh, but I enjoyed Limon's commentary during the games. I don't need to hear hard core strategy talk all the time --- a little ridiculous humor is fine with me. Hopefully he's back sooner rather than later.

FWIW, I think the partial meltdown is 100% Donald Drumpf induced.

Wtf is this idiotic logic?

While Limon is entertaining his downfall is even better. Loving it, hahaha.

In my opinion it seems this was inevitable. I don't know how much he lost on election but alcoholism is a progressive illness and Limons antics seemed to be getting crazier and crazier. No question that he is a great poker mind. Im curious how his married life is given the alcoholism, I think many will agree he is far from a controlled drinker. As to why he jumped down Polk's throat I think the 2 come from 2 different schools of thought. Limon likely takes being a prop player to b more of a job than Polk does. Either way no reason to act the way he did, I agree Limon does need help.

You are acting like it was Limons choice, it's pretty obvious LATB staff either bought out his ownership or let him keep his stake if he disapears from the spot light after last poker sesh bringing a lot of negativity directed towards LATB (because of him assuming doug is big timing him / losing his mind, when doug ended up bringing in record audience numbers for LATB)

on the 'final show' last night limon just kept reading a pre written msg saying it was mutual for him to suddenly decide to retire and he wishes latb success, while saying he isn't allowed to answer any questions + he was ignoring any questions that would upset him. Coincidentally??(no) after his big blow up the week prior, plus LATB not bothering to upload the poker sesh he blew up on lol

He "decided not to play" because he wanted no part of Doug HU. Him being "rolled" for 10k HUNL or not isn't really relevant. Although I'd wager he isn't anyway.

I like Doug I think his table talk was good and entertaining. But being late 3 days in a row is very disrespectful. This will get you fired at a lot of jobs.

I have no problem with Doug. In fact I think his personality and general approach are appealing...he seems like a nice guy and is obviously a very good player.

That said, he was in fact late multiple times to obligations even after it had been confirmed he was actually staying in the hotel at the Bike. I'm sorry, but if they name the entire week of programming after you, be on time for God's sake.

Limon should have handled it with less vitriol, and Doug should have been more respectful to the viewers.

Limon is awful, good riddance. Should be banned from the entire internet, imo.

Hi Fresh:

My view is a little different. In my opinion, Limon is a talented person who does have something worthwhile to offer the poker community. But he definitely needs to learn flexibility and also needs a timeout, perhaps as little as three months or as much as six months.

And if he's able to do this, I think we'll see a new and much improved Limon.

Best wishes,
Mason

I fully accept responsibility for being late for both day #2 and day #3, especially day #3. Day 3 I was getting a desperately needed a haircut and had the wrong start time, which I apologize for. Day #2 I had some upswing content I absolutely had to get done, which delayed me leaving, so I also accept responsibility as I should have planned better considering how much of a nightmare LA traffic can be.

But I am not apologizing for the pokersesh. I was not told "Be there at x time". I was told it started at x time, and I assumed it was the same format of people calling in. Not to mention, I got guilt tripped into it to begin with, because after I accepted playing Limon hu, he then decided he would only do it if I came on his show.

Part of the reason I didnt want to go on his show, was because I knew I had to drive to LA the next day and had content I had to make, but I did it anyway because he wanted it. The fact I was 20 min "late" for a time I was never told I had to be there at and was treated like that was totally unacceptable.

To be fair I would have thought you could call up any reasonable time in the show too, the one I watched a couple years ago featured stealthmunk who called an hour into the show on his own time.
