Pokerking is known for this behavior. You lose money they treat you as VIP. You win and get reported, they suspect collusion use KYC as a blockage to not release your funds. Even if you do verify I Have seen hundreds of KYC verification and all concluded with we have evidence of collusion, using VPN or HUD but never provide it. That is their way of stealing.

Low stakes games below 10 20 40 are reasonable since it is not highly monitored but if you plan to play HS at 25 50+ beware. They have their own employees (PKsecurity) playing these high stakes games while banning winning players and stealing their funds to secure its always themselves giving action to these whales.

The way they ban these winning players is they will sit down vs the reg ban themselves and the reg (since you need 2 players to be removed from the table in order for a ban to take place). Then unban themselves sit back down at the table to pretend nothing happened but the reg stays banned. You will then be asked to contact security and their reply will always ask for verification, never reply or conclude with BS excuse to steal your funds.

They win millions from whales and steals millions from regs. I am writing this not expecting I will get my money back, I just want this to get known to the community in hopes their owners/Tom or people who are affiliate with this company to find out and have action taken to their shady security team.

Mid to High stakes field is small, there is a reason why these regs who win consistently disappear after a short period of time vs fishes who have 100k+ hands playing everyday.

Hi guys, i just started playing in these Chinese format games... SB/BB?STR(1SB ANTE) game.
playing mostly 2/4/8 and 5/10/20 rmb and lost like 5k USD which is about 36k rmb after 2 months.

Almost all the players are sitting with 100bb or less. Only a very small number came in with 200bb.

There is no much room to play proper postflop poker.
Due to the 3blinds with ante play, rfi would normally be 3-4x str size and a 3bet would be 4-6x the rfi size.

In a 3bet pot, we are always left about 38str behind in a 19str pot.


This left us very little post flop action.
Much of the action are on postflop.
And many time we are on some flips or 60/40 senario.

This left me confused, not sure how to improve my game in such senario.

I cant beat the game although the game is so so bad.
With mahority of players with 35+/10+ stats

Some can go up to 50+/20+

Their x/r or raise frequency are also very high (at least 50%) especially when we cbet small.

And lastly since SPR is low on such game format, our action mostly ends on turn.

How and where can i source and develop a good approach to beat such games.

I am a player from China. I have been playing on PKA for several months. I have good luck and good condition and won some money at the beginning,but in the last few weeks i kept lost and i kept deposit for my account trying to take it back ,finally i feel tired and wanna cashout all from my account and have a rest.
But who knows that the platform impound my money with an excuse of I am useing abnormal procedures.
When I went to the platform and asked for evidence, the customer service simply stopped responding.
PKA is a naked fraud, under the guise of legal online gambling, to do the business of cheating.
If this is the way the platform is, I want to warn all players to stay away from this scam platform.

A few days ago it was frozen, my account number 1 had more than 60,000 yuan inside, and my account number 2 had about 30,000 yuan.
When I wanted to withdraw money from my game account. I was asked to contact the customer service. The customer service directly asked me to send an email to the security check, which was their email address.
It was June 24th, 2021, I sent them an email that day. Their reply speed was OK at first and they replied me on 25th saying they needed validation (scanning face and showing them my ID card).
To be honest, I like to play poker, but I felt uncomfortable about exposing my full identity and face to such a platform, and I cooperated with them to complete the preliminary email review for the money in my account.
Then they informed me that they needed me to register a Telegram account and send them the time to make an appointment via Zoom video conference. It took me a lot of effort to download the chat software successfully!
Because in China, if I don't use VPN, I can't use Telegram, but I also put up with it for my money.
On June 28th I had video interview with a blank screen, poker king customer service let me take off mask, in the face of lens, asking me the account information, and then let me site login my account (please note that this is unfair, I opened the video, while the other only opened the voice, and also asked me must be viewed, I really doubt whether each other really is PKA,
I was vaguely worried about whether the other side was a police fishing law enforcement, for my money, I clenched my teeth to insist). After everything was done, PKA asked me to wait for the notice.
When I received their email again, it was on July 6, 2021, and the result told me that I had used the illegal program, the foreign aid program, and all the funds in my account would be deducted.

Since gambling is illegal in China, the jumio verification is to scare you away from verifying and take your money. I have seen people try to avoid verification and pokerking just responds,"therefore you forfeit your appeal and money will be confiscated." If you do verify they always come up with excuses to accuse you of cheating or collusion to steal your money. I have never seen a successful case where you verify and had their account unfrozen.

I'm a Chinese player mainly plays mid to high stakes on Pokerking (25/50/100 - 100/200/400rmb). My account (UID：2912413 神经刀小李) got frozen since last week after I tried to withdraw about 40k rmb, and there is around 130k left on my account. I did the KYC process requested by them and sent a lot emails to their security team, only reply I got was "please wait, your case is being processed". It's been already a week and nothing I can do with it.
I tried to contact the customer service there , at first they told me it's just a regular check, then they said I might be detected as a "colluder" and my fund will be confiscated. I then told them to give me any evidence and after a while they changed their tone and said they are just doing "regular check" again.
It's very frustrating since I'm the one who always fight with those obvious colluders on the table. There are group of accounts that are always sitting on the same table with very similar stats, these guys never play each other, just limp a lot of strong hands together and wait for your actions to stack you. A lot of times I found evidence that they cheated since I can pay to see their hole cards. I have been making tons of reports about such collusions, which also wasted me some money since it takes 100rmb to make one single report. But pokerking never cared and never took any action about them. In the end, they even try to take money from straight players by accusing you cheating.
I dare say this: Pokerking can go ahead and check all my hand histories throughout my entire time playing on there, if there is one hand they can find evidence that I cheated, they can take my money for free and I won't say anything. Otherwise, it's clearly a thief action if they are gonna confiscate my money.
Anyways I'm still waiting for the result of the security check, will post further updates here.

OK, today I got the reply from Pokerking, THEY CONFISCATED 140K RMB ($22k USD) OF MY MONEY!!!!

The reason given was I'm using "illegal program" while playing.

I'm guessing it's because I have played on the emulators? If so, this is super ridiculous since THEY ARE THE ONES WHO PROMOTES EMULATOR VERSION TO PLAYERS. Then when any player use the emulator version, the player will soon under the risk of getting taken all the money he has, because it "violates their law". What a joke! So then what's the point of the emulator version? To make excuses for taking players money for no reason? What kind of company would do anything like that?

Shame on you Pokerking, good for you to steal my money and all the players who suffer like me. I don't know how you guys never care about your reputations, this damn company is a straight THIEF!

emulator is for stakes below 10 20 40. Why are you playing on emulator for 25 50+? Are you using 3rd party software to bypass this? The app clearly states when you try to enter a 25 50+ room you need to be on phone to do so. I agree the app does have their flaws from innocent bans, and their security is sketchy but you clearly broke their TOS here and theres nothing further to discuss.

I play on emulators becasue they have emulator version, and I use hand2note. It makes no sense that they allow emulators + hand2note below 102040, and ban them for higher... And where is their "TOS" you are talking about? I don' see they have made me agree or sign anything before I play. And providing the emulator version to players is such a fishy trap. After all, even if I use emulators, who gave them the damn right to confiscate all my money? They could ban me like what GG does to players in those situations, but stealing 140k because of using emulators? ****ing theif!

Read this forum. HUD is not allowed on this app. If you use emulator it is only allowed for stakes below 10 20 40, if you try to enter a 25 50 100 room on emulator the app won't let you. You clearly used 3rd party software so confiscation was bound to happen.

The only problem I have with this site is when they confiscate they, they pocket the money in their pockets. Also this site is known for banning winning players who are innocent for collusion. I've even heard players in HS community say pokerking had their own security play in these HS games and banned them.
