There's also a weird legal case involving pokermaster - huge Chinese company invested in it, allegedly, while hiding the transaction (or something along those lines)

edit: So essentially one of the big investors in Pokermaster is being alleged to have engaged in fraud - one of the alleged fraudulent actions being investing in Pokermaster improperly - in the link it states the Chinese authorities have had issues with Pokermaster since 2015

Now the seizure of Pokermaster accounts might not actually be part of a wider crackdown on online poker in China - could be related more to the alleged securities fraud and various allegations of extensives bots on the platform etc. I say that as China went to the trouble of seizing Pokermaster linked accounts in Vietnam while, so far as we know, not pursuing other clubs.

I heard that theyre settin up possibility of live play to prove your innocence in case you provided enough evidance.

I sent like 50 screenshoots from different days and sent recorded live gameplay video with thought process from past and still waiting.

Whole idea of letting players play live to prove themselves innocent after sending lots of materials seems ridicolous to me but maybe i dont see bigger picture here, not sure what do they want to achieve this way.

Seems silly maybe , however if they think you are some gto bot or using assisting software, can probably find out in 10 hands or less playing live, if you never cheated then surely you can play the same way live and have nothing to worry about

You're looking at it wrong. Based on the additional "evidance" you provided, they're willing to dig deeper, to give you a chance to show you're innocent despite the evidence they've accumulated. That doesn't seem "ridicolous" to me.

im curious, why would you take 50 screenshots of yourself playing? And think its worth any evidence at all? Ive taken a couple before and sent to my mate saying "ffs bet theyll hit quads" as a joke. But how does that prove non-sw assistance play?

Isnt there software for twitch which allows you to show which software is overlayed whilst recording a video? Recording a video and screenshots isnt exactly the most reliable.

Live play where they could have access to your pc, check any software at any time, especially if they demand webcam to be turned on aswell, is worth a lot more than just a video you recorded yourself

Yeah i dont - just dont know what they expect to see different then on video gameplays which i sent to them.

If screenshots and gameplay is not reliable evidance what evidance can you send as reliable one? I guess you cant really provide one and it is as cramble wrote, after sending these they might givr you opportunity to dig deeper and play live.

Like I said, if twitch streamers can choose what is overlay on a video, why should it be evidence at all? There's been a recent famous CS twitch guy who banned because the overlay showed in his glasses compared to what people could see on the screen.

Why would you take screenshots thinking they will ban you. Ive known many people who got banned and accounts released, none of their thoughts when playing PKA was "let's take some screenshots incase they mass ban everyone " yet alone a whole 50 of them? Lol


Also when I got banned, I snapped offered to let them let see me play live. The fact you think videos that you sent alone is more sufficient but live play is unreasonable is hmm lol

@gotgot123 don't think he was taking screenshots in case they ban him. I was taking screenshots to send friends, sometimes hands, etc

Didn't included that into my appeal but I did send lot's of other stuff, and they contacted me recently that they will allow me web cam review, which is fair and best way to prove our innocents.

Also know a lot of players that got money after appeal.

Especially when accounts are blocked (you allow to play on them I suppose?) And I doubt the software recorded mouse movements like stars does so you can compare and instantly see if the playstyle matches up

But I'd obviously do that right away, just got a copy/paste response and not even that option

Saying they review more evidence (I sent live play video, all hands I had in H2N + all details) without saying what they want, and expecting to prove a negative somehow

Apparently it didn't teach you that even sites that look safe can present some level of risk, and so players need to weigh the risks vs the benefits of any site they play on, as I assume most players did here.
