And how come you or the security team is going through cases thoroughly and not bothering to be specific about the reason for the ban and freezing accounts specifically instead of some auto-message? So maybe you're not!
I HAD 4 ACCOUNTS 2 OF THEM UNFROZEN, how can the other 2 be frozen still if I was playing on all 4 at the same time all setup/strategy every single detail about them the same and how can u go through a case like mine and come to conclusion that I was colluding using AI etc etc. The only apps I used was pt4 and hand converter and emulator. And even if I did use something else you couldn't possibly know since your app was running inside the emulator meaning even if decided to spy on my pc you could only see what's happening inside the emulator not outside and I'd assume an assistant app would be operating on the windows platform like pt4 does etc no-one's gonna write an app for Android I guess
So
1) looking at my handhistory, obv mistakes, obv playing schedule etc you can not possibly say that I used bots.
2) Then remains live assistance tools, again it's not even possible for your team at this point to find out if such assistance have been used (pretty sure even if someone is playing right now you won't be able to) so what on earth is your team talking about?? Based on what exactly I've been using assistance tools?? If I was using assistance tools then why on earth my play is full of mistakes and errors that a HUMAN BEING makes when playing poker!!
