How to turn off auto-renew?

"You may turn off auto-renew at any time by calling the customer support center Monday through Friday 7am-7pm PST and Saturday 7am-12pm PST at 866-4-POKERGO."

I've also bought a $10 subscription via credit card since paypal was not working.So I tried reaching them by phone from europe, and it's fine,an american dude answered.So in case i decide to cancel i'll just have to call again.
It's a pitty they don't have a doomsday button at their site to "turn-off" auto-renew, but that's okeish.

I just called them. They confirmed that some models of fire stick it won't work on, maybe older ones, I guess that is what I have.

So its easy to get someone on the phone for questions or cancel.

I signed up with a regular credit card. If they give you **** when you cancel you can just call your credit card company and deny the charge.

$10 is not as easy to come by as it once was. Over 6 years ago players ceased being able to beg for $5 on Full Tilt. Times have been tough ever since.

Bought it. So far the stream is a lot worse than twitch was yesterday. Randomly goes to like 360p for a few minutes

Damn, I'm trying to watch from Greece.I get initializing message then a turning circle and no stream , tried 240 quality still not working. I have a 30Mbps connection.Anyone else with similar problems?

Haven't had this issue at all - getting solid HD stream.

It would be nice for them to move around to other tables though other than just when someone is all in.

Despite still thinking that having to call in to cancel is stupid, I did end up subbing and it's working great thus far. No stuttering/lag whatsoever so far. On their facebook they mentioned they were working on Chromecast support for people wondering.

I wish there was a middle size viewing window between default and full screen.

Was finding that yesterday too, when giving it a try after watching on Twitch for most of the night - just tried zooming the screen to 125% and like it much better than the little screen.

Had a tiny freeze at first, but after that it's been good for me too

PS. There's some nice updates on Poker News for anyone who's looking for other ways to follow the tournament besides the PokerGo app - Dan Colman and Ike Haxton didn't win their all-ins, so they're out now.

The stream isn't playing through the Amazon Fire TV app for me. Support says it's a known issue and they're working on it.

I talked to them in chat and the guy said its not working on Amazon Fire stick yet but they're working to resolve the issue

Support told me that it worked on chromecast so I subscribe and download the iPhone app and what do you know, it doesn't work. Going to cancel asap.

I'd happily pay $10 if we had DECENT commentary. These two arent amazing. Rattling on yesterday about ranges when there was a significant hand playing out!!
