If you pay someone 20$ a month to spray you in the face with water, then cancel the service, and 4 months later they come take 20$ out of your wallet without even spraying you in the face....

you can email support to let them refund you. If you don't get a response, you can call your credit card and let them assist with contacting them.

Just wanted to chime in that I signed up for their monthly service, canceled it online before my bill was due , confirmed it said cancel online and was still billed for the next month. Once I called support they refunded me immediately, but I just wanted to give everyone a heads up.

Clearly something needs to be fixed I guess. But I don’t think Katz needs DiamondsonMyNecks’s money and thus it’s not a coordinated plot

Make no mistake though, PokerGO has been great for poker

But my other points stand and are relevant. Lots of small picture thinkers out there were getting pumped at a possible Nate Silver win and another “poker boom!” as a result but just dump on PokerGO for any small hiccup.

But PokerGo is great for poker producing new shows for TV and doing free YouTube streams. And it’s like $8 a month so the race to cancel confuses me

How tf do I cancel PG ? I'm emailing them since this phone number is not in service. I guess that's the business model? Scotch your takes are consistently terrible, but I think you know that. Super fish who enjoys paying to be advertised to. They double dip on him and he still defends their model.
