I lie about Spanish guy. He might own actually. He’s going to be able to put a ton of pressure on and people will prolly fold much too strong. If he’s smart and doesn’t punt like 1/2 or 1/3rd of his stack, he’s prolly going to run over. 2 tables left is a great time to really up the aggression as people put too much stock into making a final table like the WSOP. Chip leader can easily take a lot of low level risk and just put people in terrible spots. He can basically win the tournament now or set himself up for an east top 3 finish if he doesn’t run terribly at FT.

I thought this when they were talking about it as well. However I checked on Google and he was born in Iran, although he played under the Welsh flag when he was in the UK I dont think he counts.

November Nine spread out the series anticipation more and served to help pump people up for the schedule release for the next series.

More importantly, the players had time to prep against their opponents AND were able to get a group together for larger rails. The large rails in a stadium setting added to the excitement.

It would also allow them to produce episodes on each player. You can see them at home, see their families, learn about them as people.

I don’t know, I just sort of liked the delay but now everyone wants immediate gratification.
