AT 9PM PokerGo will be showing a final table with 6 people left and one of em with less than 10 bigs!

They have all year to plan for these 6 weeks.
This isnt their first year with exclusive coverage rights.

If I'm the WSOP I'd be pissed.

Down to 4 handed in the first 20 minutes, Awesome. PokerGo hopes to wrap the whole thing in under an hour.

I am not going to defend PokerGO here. I am annoyed by numerous things about their coverage.

But I am not annoyed by their well-known policy of only streaming final tables (and often waiting until there are only 6 players remaining). Somebody explained the rationale behind this policy in one of the threads.

I don't necessarily agree with it, but I understand it and its ramifications such as sometimes coverage being "delayed" past the announced start time (as they wait for people to be eliminated).

I honestly don't know if tournaments use the "PokerGO table" before PokerGO coverage begins. My guess would be no but I could be wrong. Watching poker without hole cards is a non-starter for the vast majority of its audience.

WSOP should sell the coverage rights to Triton in the future

its just dogshit you ****ing pokergo bootlickers are saying "suck it up pay the money its fine" when again we used to get free ****ing streams with commentary and if we DIDNT GET THAT, we got every ****in FT streamed the off table would be no commentary but could follow the action. we only get half FT coverages too for 33% of the events too its so insane youall are just accepting it.

There isn't much you can do with no competition. Yes, it sucks, but it's $30 a year to get whatever they stream for a month and half, and the Main event coverage is worth it alone.

Everybody understands it used to be free. Everybody would prefer it to still be free. You’re the only one who has a hard time accepting things have changed and they bought up all the rights so it’s no longer free.

Just because people aren’t whining about it like you doesn’t make them “bootlickers.” Times have changed and you need to learn to deal with it like everyone else has.

the responses last 2-3 years have been actually saying its better than it was due to production value and everything but they not only drop the ball multiple times, they dont even stream every single event (unable to but I gave my recc as to how they could)

PokerGo, if you're following this, and I doubt it since you guys have no clue what you're doing so expecting you to monitor your subscriber base's opinions is clearly a bridge too far, I assure you, I'll never re-up again. One and done. 3 months and I'm out

This is almost fraud to delay every posted start time to hours the customer cant use the product

Who the f is gonna watch at 11:30PM on the east coast?

So at this time 4.5 hours before they think they are going live with a final table, there are 60 remaining in the tourney
and they think it'll be down to 6 left in 4.5 hours including a dinner break?
They have no clue what they are doing.
This is absolute amateurs crap
Just put any of the tables on the main stage and get going at 4PM Vegas time every day of the week and their product would improve exponentially.

And showing hole cards is literally a flick of the switch to turn it on, it's not labor intensive, load up the cards, and you're good to go for the entire day.
I mean this is their premier time of the year and they are clearly flying by the seat of their pants.

I'm sorry but there is just no excuse for this pathetic level of product.

The commentary has gone downhill, the first couple of events they had Brent Hanks/Ali Nejad and Maria Ho/Lon McEachern but then the 1k mystery bounty sounded like 2 unknowns broadcasting from a foreign country with bad internet and then the 5k was David Tuchman who's ok but with someone i've never heard of.

Tell me the sporting event you love that you'd be fine with watching the next day and not live?

Further, so, the west coast audience gets 90 minutes before they all have to go to bed for work the next day?

Pokergo paid for exclusive coverage rights to give 16% of the US population 90 minutes? and the other 84% zero to none tonight?

The amount of people trying to downplay how gawd awful their decision making is, is embarrassing.

There is no defending this.

Their entire plan sucks donkey balls

47% of the US lives in the Eastern TimeZone, and their coverage starts at 11:30PM which means they get zero live coverage tonight

Tell me who in the top levels of the PokerGo admin thought, "yep, this is how we are gonna do this . . . coverage starts at 11:30 PM EST!!!!!"

I'll stop whining about this soon, it's clear I made a mistake purchasing a 3 month sub, I'm just still shocked at the incompetence

Lol I’m not sure if you understand but they start televising when it gets to 6. The fields are bigger and it’s taking longer. And they aren’t going to limit the fields or make poker players get up earlier.

And it’s not a real live sporting event. I’m sure you can hold off knowing who won the 1K mystery millions or whatever for a day. And no one is going to spoil because rest of world doesn’t care

I don't understand what is going on !!! I write them on twitter but nobody bother to answer . Today schedule it was just a day 2 so not sure why they delayed. I encourage everyone to write them on twitter maybe they will do something if more of they subscribers complain

Today on schedule was a day 2 , why they are delayed the schedule when they are not time dependent like a final table ? They should take example from EPT they start streaming at the schedule time and continue when they reach to final table .
