When me and my friends are not studying we try to play poker for fun. My roommate is not 21 to enter a casino so he was looking to play online poker and found information online about an application called CLUBGG on a Youtube channel. Two Youtube guys with the names "Rampage poker" advertised a poker club called "Splash Squad". Long story short these scammers stole $500 from him. They told him many times to send money to different accounts, and then they just took his money.

Anyone who would steal $500 from a 19yo student who studies full time and works a part time job to pay his college loans is an absolute scumbag. They use a fake company registered in Las Vegas called "PlusIXX" registered to their scam Zelle account.

Completely impossible to follow what went down. Did you register with rampage or that other guy? If so just tell him about the situation instead of chatting with some lousy support. Some guy making millions from affiliating won't scam you for $500.

Since you didn't post any chats with rampage, i wouldn't be surprised if you are not even signed up with him and just try to drag his name through the mud. Playing unregulated and sketchy apps is all about having a proper affiliate who will cover you in case any non sense goes down.

Best of luck

Student who can't afford to lose 500 USD loads up 500 USD onto a sketchy app to gamble. Seems legit.

if you are telling the truth (i have no reason to believe otherwise) then my guess is that you got scammed by somebody claiming to be rampage.

the Splash Squad/Rampage group only has 41 members... yeah, that doesn't sound right.

what due diligence did you do to confirm whom you'd be sending your money to? unfortunately, my guess is zero.

given the above assumption is correct, learn from this mistake as it is 100% your fault. gl!

Fun fact - $500 isn't enough to cover the initial legal consultation fees when seeking a defense against a civil lawsuit for libel.

I like you sharing this story. You give people a free lesson that you had to pay $500 for. I salute you Sir.

Dont ever operate on me OP. Also, if you see a rail blocking a cliff don't climb over it and if you see a white van labled free candy don't go into it. The amount of people currently on this planet that think they are smart while at the same time being borderline ******ed is at an all time high.

Sure guys... The same people who on Youtube less than two years ago were playing for $100 buy-in are now playing for "$800.000" wins in cash games that they are able top buy into with the money they steal from thousands of people online. They should take their money and buy bullet proof vests.

Yes, it's very possible to go from being broke to be a millionaire in two years on the internet these days. Can't remember details but rampage paid out close to 100k in a situation where he clearly wasn't supposed to, he won't scam people for $500.

OP, you and your friends maybe can learn a lot on YouTube about life.

For example, in America , National Park Rangers distribute birth control devices, so, it is entirely plausible for fashion hot models to have to go there before having sex with two wild and crazy guys:

"I sent money 1 hour ago"

Its very hard to follow what happened because your grammar and writing is absolute trash, how such a person can become a med student is beyond me... America is beyond repair.

But if I follow correctly you went ballistic because you didnt receive chips from them within a single hour after transferring your money. This seems completely standard in operations where you sent money to one part but need to get the chips from a third party. People arent available 24/7.

I just found out that YouTube Poker Vlogger Mariano is one of the owners for the Splash Squad Poker club that I had been playing on ClubGG.

Out of nowhere this club decided to steal my deposited money after being instructed to send money VIA Zelle to payout one of their players. The entire club is ONE HUGE ponzi scheme like countless other people have claimed on this forum, reddit, and several other online forums.

This club is a total scam. There is a massive group of players running a collusion ring, in addition to several automated poker bots operating within this club and several others simutamelously.

If you are not playing non-stop and feeding the rake or otherwise cashing out all of your money with frequency this club will simply turn around and ban you, then ghost you on the telegram support channel. Splash Squad is a total borrow/rob Peter to pay Paul gambling operation.

If anyone wonders how all of these YouTube guys can afford to gamble obscene amounts of money on poker live streams it is because they have a bottomless piggy bank using money belonging to other players.

Its alright. Me and my boys are going to catch this fiend when we find out where his next live game is.
