Sorry dude but you just gotta stop posting after this, if you think LSD and meth are anywhere the same level you need to study more bro. The science of drugs is clearly not your thing.
LSD is STATISTICALLY relatively harmless in terms of long-term effects and dependency. It sounds like this guy was a statistical anomaly but cases like his do happen. Prolonged frequent LSD use can cause some severe issues but it’s possible from one use that he could have experienced some life-altering effects likely due to an underlying medical condition he may or may not have been aware of or, perhaps, doing something stupid while high.
Frequent marijuana use in adolescence can cause a statistically higher likelihood of developing schizophrenia in some people but I wouldn’t call it a “schizo break”, nor would I classify it as rare. It happens to more people than you may realize.
The point is, people should not abuse drugs. You simply don’t know how they will effect you nor do you know what you’re actually getting most of the time. And certainly never use drugs as a coping mechanism. That’s what reinforces psychological dependency on any substance, including marijuana (or food, for that matter). Develop healthy coping skills.
Personally, I don’t even like taking Tylenol unless I absolutely need to. I hate being around drunks, too. I guess I’m a prude and I’m very proud to be one having seen firsthand the effects of long term drug/alcohol abuse as well as the long term effects of even a single use of some drugs.
