I love how a million straw mans just got thrown up by the anti-weed crowd.

That said, selling 350lbs of weed for profit is a serious crime. If authorities arbitrarily chose to enforce some laws and not others then things get a little chaotic in society.
lol. **** the law. The law allowed slavery, the law allowed concentration camps, the law allowed segregation and widespread discrimination, the law allows people to be imprisoned for 99 years for possession of substances less harmful than what the alcohol industries pushes on us.
And lmao that you think voting does a damn thing. The votes have already been cast my dude, sorry to burst your bubble.

Let's be real, while marijuana is in many respects safer than the widely legal recreational drugs, it's neither completely harmless nor fully researched for the potential negative health effects of chronic consumption. And that doesn't even consider the potential for violent crime from the cartel that supplied the 360 lbs.
So, do we arrest executives of alcohol companies because some alcohol is consumed by 15 year olds? We don't even arrest people who sell alcohol/tobacco to minors illegally - it's generally just a fine.
I do agree that marijuana is not completely harmless - neither is caffeine, a recreational drug used by the majority of Americans.
Everything else you mention is a product of prohibition - there's no research because the government won't fund it and for decades they've restricted anyone else from doing research:

As someone who was under the age of 21 quite recently, I can tell you that accessing alcohol as a minor was far more difficult than accessing marijuana. You wanna keep weed away from kids? Make them show ID for it. When most weed is sold by your local high schooler it's kinda tough to keep it out of kids hands. Yeah, the dealer gets busted every 6 months or so, but there's always more dumbass kids looking to make a buck.
You're assuming that the 360lb came from a cartel. I'm not denying that it could have, but you guys act like 360lb is impossible to grow outside of some criminal organization. 360lb could come from as few as 100-200 plants. I've been on multiple farms here in california with waaaaay more quantity than that. 360lb is child's play
Besides, legalize it federally and the cartel loses a revenue stream. Prohibition is the cause of every social issue related to marijuana
