If they look good, they're certainly not feeling good or healthy if they're eating bad.
The biggest factor that causes premature aging is diet. The SAD diet (standard american diet) is the biggest killer out there. It's full of sugar, plants, flour, processed foods, chemicals, bread and seed oils that are all highly detrimental to the human body as well as the mind.

It's called a carnivore diet. It will also cure diabetes (type 2), high blood pressure, and many other things including arthritis, depression and other psychological disorders. The people who go on this way of eating for 30 days will never go back to eating the way they were because they will feel so good with an incredible amount of energy and their minds will be as clear as a bell (I'm one of them).
