You do not appreciate the "catch-all" effectiveness of trespass laws in Nevada.
A Nevada private business can likely refuse service to someone who violates the business' posted firearms policy, notwithstanding a concealed carry permit. (I have not looked this up, so this is not a legal opinion, but I am pretty sure that a concealed carry permit does not trump this property owner right and a concealed carrier is likely not a protected class. Not even sure an open carrier's right trumps the private property owner's right)
There is no "try and 86 you", a private property owner can 86 you , no
"try" about it. If you do not leave when asked, you can be arrested and charged for failing to do so.
