If you really want to get on Survivor, I'd stop posting updates on NVG. You've given enough information for people to have a good idea of who you are, if Yall understand what I'm saying.

Lol, I thought the same thing when they found out. They told me I was absolutly not allowed to post my name. But if I just tell people about the process it has no bearing. Since .00000001% of the audience might see this and know someone who is involved in poker might be in this. I also am loyal cause if I was not a poker player I would have never gotten this oppurtunity. I am careful though what I am saying here. This also I believe encourages Yall to apply. And that gets us exposure.

**Update** Went for my physical and blood test. Everything seemed fine on both parts. I havent talked to the producers, im just gonna go see the Yankee-Met game tommorow night and will be taking a 6AM flight to San Diego. And I am gonna get to meet Jeff Probst and all the producers. Ill update with whats going on, tell Yall what happens but after that I can not disclose anything. Time will tell. Pce Guys

Alright guys. Just got the most exciting phone call ive ever recieved. Apparently they had interviewed 39/40. I was gonna be the 40th to interview. But one of the 22 people selected had to drop out for personal reasons. So they told me I am in. I still have to go interview. But I was told, its a done deal I am in. They dont inform you untill you are on the island who is an alternate and who is in the cast. But I am atleast an alternate hopefully main cast. This is the last update im gonna be able to make since its now a done deal I will atleast be flying down to the set on location in Nicaragua. Pce guys and I will represent!

but all shows like this have very tight contracts that require you to keep quiet about your involvement in the show until it actually airs. when spencer was on the show, we found out that he was going to be on it, 2 weeks prior to it airing. at that point he had already been back home for awhile. the only people that knew were his mom/dad, even his teachers/dean/etc werent aware. they came up with the excuse that he had a business internship in chicago for the semester as to not draw suspicions from any friends, etc.

so i find it very hard to believe that you're able to come onto 2p2 and spout off about your involvement in the show, and even if you were part of the show before this thread, i think there's a very good chance that this thread and your comments in it will get you removed from the cast

Spencer is probably the biggest Survivor fan of all time. In 9th grade there was a weird kid in our class that listed every country in the world and it's capital from memory, he was a 3 time all county geo-bowl champion. In response Spencer listed every survivor season, and full names of every cast member in order of their elimination after erasing the geo nerds list. It was pretty awesome as I thought I was a Survivor fan myself until that point.


He made a great video, which I haven't seen, but some of my friends have. I was shocked that he didnt get far, and how few challenges he won. He was an all-state track star for long distance and I'm pretty sure he still holds some records in Florida. He woke up every morning before school and ran 7 miles in an hour without fail.

I don't feel like he played particularly well, but it was awesome to see him on the show, after spending 4 years with the guy everyday and finally seeing him accomplish his dream. I ran into him recently at a tailgate, but didn't have long to speak to him since I was there supporting FSU and him UF, but he seems very happy with Todd. Glad things worked out for him so well. He wants to be an ESPN sportscaster, and this experience lined him up well for that. I'd expect to see him on TV a lot more going into the future

this, doesn't anyone think this thread is a huge level? I dunno I don't believe OP, what person in their right mind would draw attention even in secrecy that they were on the show when it is strictly prohibited to reveal you are on the show

I believe OP. He wasn't confirmed to be on the show yet until his final post. This thread even started as a "i just said no to survivor". NOW that he's in, he can't say anything at all.

hmmm, who would PPA recommend to a survivor producer? If the just-turned-21 part is really a level, I have this gut feeling (well, more like a wish, lol) that it's greenplastic.

I think this whole thread is one big level. What was the purpose of making up an elaborate lie of being 21 and not wanting to miss his first WSOP because he thought he had a chance at becoming the youngest ever bracelet winner? If this for reals .... good luck.

Not sure who original poster is but it is pretty well known that Sam Grizzle is the person who was signed for Survivor Nicaragua. OP does not sound like Sam but there is really no way to know. I also thought somewhere in the thread OP said he was like 21. Sam is going to be the crabby old man and IMO should be epic.
