Yeah i dont know who you are but passing up a shot at national exposure for a "chance" to win a bracelet sounds -ev long term if you have the personality for TV exposure. If your a home body introvert, maybe not so much. Good luck either way, but wow you got a set.

There are only 2 more seasons of Survivor. WSOP's won't be going anywhere for a while as far as im concerned. just a lil perspective.

I think you should definitely go if you can, WSOP will wait. They might not ask you again. You might however ruin your chances by talking so much about it in this thread. I would think they'd like to keep all casting related things a secret, so if they find this thread they probably won't like what they see.

isnt Survivor Nicaragua already cast? app says deadline jan 6 2010 for survivor 21/22. they have casting calls as well in diff places etc but i thought it was all done

this season's cast is already set and will be shooting at any time. A lady my girlfriend knows is on it, and she was told to be ready to go within 24 hours of cbs notifying her they are set to film.

if they are casting for a poker player right now they wont be survivor for like 3 seasons

If they go with internet players they will fail very badly, You gota understand the majority of the auidiance maybe know about some TV pros, but they will have no clue about AJKwho? I called up the lady for casting today. Looks like you guys might find out who I am. They want me to go get a "Full Body Physical". Meaning I have to pass all the tests there medical staff want me to. It sounds complicated, but I will represent us and hopefully (Mini Moneymaker Boom). Averages 12 million viewers. They have NOT casted me nothing is definite, I am one of 40 finalists. 18 players and 4 alternates. And she told me all the producers saw my Bio and they think id bring a lot to the table. I think I got a pretty good chance. and I appreciate Yall encouraging me. This is no level. Id tell Yall my name but they told me I could not leak my name or anything. No it has not filmed yet. My interview is on Monday, with Jeff and the producers. Im extremely excited. Gl guys and I encourage any of you who wanna be on it to apply. Cause she told me they still are looking at applications for 21 and 22 which will film consecutively this summer. Will update this and let everyone know how it goes.
