Brad has been making consistent payments on his debt, I really think he wants to make it right. They have been small payments and ive heard a few unfortunate stories, but on the whole hes been making steps in the right direction.

Given the length of time involved and the fact you had to hunt him down, and the amount, to make it right I think he should pay you an extra 10. Were I you, I would have consulted a lawyer a long time ago, or maybe you have (haven't read the whole thread). But his conduct here is unconscionable.
