Here's the solution. Hellmuth pays Doug the $28,000. This satisfies everybody. Innocent victim Doug gets his money back in about the same time frame as his cash out would've taken. Brad gets a clean slate for this theft and Hellmuth settles with one of his biggest victims for his role in ripping off millions while still getting the satisfaction of knowing that his victim (Booth) is still a stumble bum.
