Same type bs here - I've been playing for a few days on Party Ontario, no issues. Using Wifi. I'm in a tournament, playing for 2 hours. No issues. I get to headsup, and suddenly, I get a pop up saying they can't verify my location, so I can't play. I'm blinded out headsup.
Thankfully it's just a $1MTT, so only $6 lost. However, this is simply brutal. Could cost you hundreds or even thousands of dollars.
I email support and they say they can't do anything about it.
I need to make sure I'm on Wifi and I'm around "lots of wifi connections." I tell them I am on Wifi, I'm around millions of connections in the GTA, it's working fine for days, and for hours that day, and then suddenly it's not, and then I close the client and open it again and then - no warning - it's fine again. I haven't moved off my chair, lol, let alone changed any connections or left the province.
BE WARNED. This is garbage and their support is horrendous. They just keep emailing you the same bs answer over and over instead of fixing the problem.
