I have tried multiple times in the last while to log on to Stars Ontario without success. Previously I have given up because I didn't want to spend a lot of time on what I intended as a short break from other tasks.
Tonight I decided take the time to see if I could solve the problem. After several unsuccessful attempts I saw a message that said if I was having a problem I should contact
support@on.pokerstars.ca. So I wrote the following email:

I have played on your site for many years, and continued my play on PS CAON. But for some time now I have not been able to access your site. The mobile app for PokerStars Ontario says it needs to be updated; but when I go to the app store and download the current version for iPad and then try to log in, I either find myself in a loop in which I am repeatedly asked for my PIN again, or I am told that I’ve entered an invalid PIN (although it’s the PIN I was sent).
When I try to log on to Poker Stars Ontario via my MacBook instead, I get a message telling me the app can’t be opened. I reinstalled the app and got as far as seeing my account. But no lobby was visible and when I tried to play Spin and Go, I got a message telling me the app can’t be opened.
Such frustrations I don’t need. I no longer have much cash on your site, so if you’d like to just ship me $83 I’ll call it square.
The email that I got in response said (you've probably already guessed):

Website/Mobile: Account → Help → Contact Us
Desktop: Help → Contact Us
So ... to get help logging into my account, all I need to do is log into my account. OK!
