He wasn't the one who found this, he was informed about it so he researched it and made the information public after he was convinced that it is true. If I'm not wrong he is american, so even if he wanted to check ongame/pacific casino games' randomness, he couldn't do it because they don't accept US customers.
FWIW I highly doubt that they are rigged too... but if you really think so, you should do what OP did (investigate and if found to be true, make the information public) instead of just ignoring that.
