literally every guarantee on FTP and STARS was growing every single year back then, if anything online was growing in 2010-2011+

the sunday million was like 2 million+ always, or 2.5 million i cant remember. cash game action at all stakes even 10/20NL+ was still lol******edly good.

the fad was going nowhere but up, the black friday killed it dead and thats 100% fact. UIGEA did so much less than black friday.

A US citizen-only site including all or most of the states would create a really nice boom. Would really depend on CA, TX, FL, NY. Even a CA, TX, FL, NY-only site would be amazing. Will most likely happen one state at a time, slowly merging player pools.

Live poker in Texas is the next poker boom in the US.

As for Europeans, your best hope is India. The economy their is growing at a rapid rate. Stars and Party should really be advertising there a lot more. Its like Brazil x10.

Women are not going to enter poker in large numbers ever.

IMO only way Poker revitalizes to a meaningful degree is A) Back in the full USA market and B) Ban all software including HUDs, and whatever else is being used. Unfortunately at this point, top players have become so good that spot integrity checks would probably be passed if one was asked to have his play watched for a session to verify play without the use of this software. Most of the old casual players I would guess have been exposed too to many scandals and are too aware of all the tools being used against them.
