Is Phil Ivey already talking with the DoJ?

It seems Howard, jesus, bitar and firth (think thats his name) have been shown to be majority shareholders, also saw somewhere there were 23 part owners. Jesus had ~19%, howard ~8.5%, bitar ~8% and firth ~2.5%.
So the other 19 would have the other 62%, assuming some had a very small % you would have to think ivey has at least 5%+ although with his prop betting etc it could be much higher or lower.
He has been mia since bf apart from his legal action with ft, which seemed like him really trying to distance himself from ownership.
In the doj release a person known as player owner 1 (not sure exact wording) is mentioned, seems it must be ivey by description, why was he not named unless he is working on sharing all he knows in return for less prosecution/bad pr.
Other things i read keep making me think this, Ivey is a pretty sharp mind, he must know the first to give good info on the others is gonna be helped by the doj.
I may be way off but or I may be proved right but just get the feeling something is going on behind the scenes. Flame away i guess
