It's easier to play 12 tbls when u have simple stats like pfr vpip etc. The fish is other story because fish are instantly tagged with a color - i dont need a hud to know who the fish is. I know all the regs on the sites, they multitable,etc... most of the time I dont even need the guy to play a hand to know that he is a fish due to being only playing 1 table.

HUDS exist for 10 years, its you losers and reg fish that have the mentality of creating excuses on your mind because you lose at poker. You'll continue to lose and youll lose forever if you don't work on your game.

Other funny thing is that ---> lets limit tables. I guarantee it will be worse for recs, I can't understand how a reg-fish that plays 4 tables takes less from a fish than a reg-fish that plays 12 tables.

I'd love to have an explanation of the arguments i brought up here.

Cliffs + other thoughts:
- Huds exist for 10 years, and are the ultimate poker problem now? lol
- Reg fish playing 4 tables vs reg-fish playing 12 tables. Which one will play better?
- STOP creating excuses because you can't beat the games. Accept the fact that you don't work hard enough or you don't know how to work hard enough (this is a good advice btw). The huds/multitablers shouldn't be an excuse for your failure. If you have this mentality you're a loser.
- Look at WCG. Guy plays 10knl/5knl without giving a **** about huds. He doesn't even use one lol. Now, think about it.. it is a guy who has reached the highest stakes online. If he was complaining like 99% of nvg and crying bc of this and that he would be where you guys are.
- Having a winner mentality is crucial

thanks

How useful would a HUD be if they only have one day of data on you?

You're aware Unibet is a publicly quoted company with a market cap of 17 billion kronor?

thread should be locked imo until Phil posts the most basic info about the plans for said new site.

everything that can be said with info known, has been said many times over.

if he doesnt want to share for competitive reasons, then at least say that for god sakes. But I think lack of info has little to do with fear of competitive info sharing and more to do with other things and stuff

At first I thought this thread was going to be awesome, now I'm actually worried Phil Galfond would take any of the advice given here.

Guys, I don't know anything about programming or how software works but couldn't the application have a random screen capture feature built in. Surely this would help in enforcing a hud ban?

PG, I hope you do not rake the **** out of the micros like other sites. Offer lowest rake of the industry and you can make dreams come true...
09-16-2016 , 11:50 AM
The site is gonna be like tigoldbitties.

I feel bad even posting in this thread, adding to the cess pool of....... information?

Thread needs to be locked until some relevant information is released from PG, but where else would NVGr's/public post their thoughts on said topic(serious question)?

Phil Galfond, the one thing I hate most about pokerstars is how nearly every PLO tournament PLO or 8orB is 6-handed. I miss the days of 9 handed regular PLO on tilt. Stars does feature 8 handed PLO h/l tournies.. but they're not the big ones.

Well, those people are just telling you the way to go - Unibet will become top three site in the world in a year and a half from now, if they continue the way they are going. Trust me, you'll miss those whiners being left in your rapidly collapsing REG saturated universe.

All this RIO euphoria will end up as a total fiasco IF the number of tables isn't seriously reduced, if all HUDs won't be banned! That's a must, IMO.
I'd even suggest not accepting signups from all former Soviet Union countries, especially Belarus.
New influx of recs must happen from India and China, and smart marketing can produce great results in that area. Imagine getting rid of 1000 Belarus scam bots or 1$ per hour wizzkids and replacing them with 10 000 Indian casual middle class gamblers...
Also, randomly and often bot-check winning players ( popping up questions that only human player can answer easily- for each unanswered question, you get a financial fine, three in a row, you get an account ban for say a month.
I'd suspend chatting, but if it is allowed impose financial fines for people who chat abuse. I know, you'll say only losing players do that - I think it's only partially true. I have seen chat threats involving race, rape etc etc . If it makes one player go away in disgust, it's one too many.
It would be great if all lowest limits were totally rakefree, but with a table limit of say 2. That way, Eastern European grinders couldn't earn enough to stay on those limits permanently, but many of the total players would go up, becoming small winners.
