As far as making it interesting for the broader audience, I would say: make sure to always include some discussion about the "macro", grand-scheme aspect of the strategy battle between Phil and Veni, and not just strictly the individual hands.
So, talking about any shifts in overall strategy you've noticed in how they are playing, like who is tightening up, or tightening and then loosening, and then re-tightening, or who seems to think who is doing what at what times, if they seem to be getting into leveling wars with each other. Or if one of them is shifting from bluffing more turns to bluffing more rivers, or what have you. That kind of stuff. Anything that goes beyond just strictly action-for-action analysis of individual hands, if you notice any overall trends occurring, would be good to point out, because a lot of the broader audience won't be good at noticing that type of stuff on their own, but will be wondering about it, and enjoy hearing about it if you notice some stuff of that sort and point it out.
(I know you have already done a bit of that in past vids, btw, which is good).
But yea, do as much of that as possible, in addition to the normal hand analysis stuff. The more of that additional macro-strategy discussion stuff, the better, in my opinion.
