What's the actual prop bet? The article says someone lost a prop bet (rather, the tweet does).

Seems hard to imagine anyone giving a person 550k to put anything on their lower neck/upper back.

I can't think of many things someone wouldn't put on that area of their body for 550k (you could just wear a big bandaid type patch over it at all times, just in case your shirt pulls down or something).

Apparently the bet was whether or not he would get a tattoo for 550k. He didn't know what it would be so if he backed out after Perkins revealed the tattoo Jeff would have to pay said amount.
