Just to clarify, are you going to update hem2 so it can read this new hhs this time, but if there is a future change you are not supporting it anymore?

We will be adding back HM2 downloadable hand history support for PartyPoker.

Going forward, however, we will not be adding new features or support for new sites or game variations in HM2.

We will continue to release bug fixes until at least Oct 15, 2020 but an official EOL date has not been determined.

Seems over half the hands are missing. Is it just me?

hello suppose that you had funds go missing from your account and your a high volume player which means your playing everyday just about sometimes 10 to 15 hour sessions and after doing your balancing you discover a large amount of money missing from your account with no sign of how or where. all the tracking sites show what you are suppposed to be at after using your own database software and after 7 times of getting the history and just to be clear its between a 4 month period so its not rocket science math its really simple to add up and see that there is a large amount missing that cant be explained thru buyins or transfers or withdrawls and everything everyattempt you made with stars you got stonewalled and eventually told to admit that there was no wrong doing and that they sent me my history 7 times and thats enough according to them which everytime i calculated it it only proved that i was telling the truth. id be willing to discuss the details of the scam as it was high tech and for many years i was really stumped and had no clue but i figured it all out now and understand exactly what happened just about. the only thing is stars used the clause to ban me for complaining so much about why they wont just show me the tourneys where i lost the money in they refuse to do this again. the truth is they cant show me cause its very damming evidence of blatant fraud and embezzling over 4 month period.

so who do you turn to when you cant trust the site?

lets say you ask for your account history in all 3 different ways 8 different times with each time coming up with the same missing funds and yet your stonewalled eventually told that if i dont agree that there was no fruad they would suspend my account indefinitly a account that has played 40k mtts paid over 200k in rake over 2 million in cashes.

im willing to give partyppoker the benefet of doubt that they are doing this strictly for protecting the players from soe type of scam that has probably infiltrated other sites and killed the ecosystems that we rely on and depend on as a srouce
as a source
bravo for party going the other way when they sense danger even tho it might have an immediate eeffect by players not understanding or thinking about it the wrong way when its rely to protect the integrety of site. i can only hope this is the case. of livelyhooood.... its sickening what they did to me and got away with knowing how easily they did it and knowing that it was a team effort bravo to party for going the other way and taking chance that might make players think you are hurting them when by all means your reacting to something obviously you cant say that threatens all of our livelyhoods who take the game seriously or who once did before gote dragged nder the bullshit few years ago. its impossible to get anybodys help when your problem is in the past.... the word is spinning too fast but its still spinning and not fast enough there isnt concenquences felt deeply.

I asked this in the main thread and someone said there are no illegal huds now on party. When i asked this last time, one person who is very knowledgeable said there are illegal huds.


So has anything changed etc? Like if there are illegal huds back then, is party cracking down on it?

HM3, HM2, and PT4 have previously released updates to import the new PartyPoker hand histories.

I'm running the latest version of HM2 and can't import the new hand histories

I dont think that it is true for HM2, would like link for donwload that suports party hand histories.

I haven't been able to find an update link or instructions on how to import party HH's into HEM2

Jim made an error in his reply, HM2 does not yet support them but it should be in the next beta. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

Its been more than a month since the hhs are available, and several weeks since you have been saying the same thing.

I doubt that the new format is tecnically challenging (as basically everybody else in the industry already did), and i understand hem3 has priority but honestly this feels like you dont care much about the people that decided not to upgrade.

Finally they decided to remove this Gl to all players in partypoker.

What's the deal with the connections issues on party? I emailed support and no response, its frustrating when your folding AA KK preflop cos of timeouts... Do not want to grind while this is happening!
