He doesnt have the charisma of a Tonka or a Doug Polk, but at least he's a winning player

he has a dry sense of humor and is pretty chill to watch which can be great when you dont want someone to be screaming while youre sweating aka charlie carrel or whatever his name is

Matt actually seems to work on his game and has proven that he was able to build-up from the micros. He posts his results and current BR (unlike the PStar shills who stream). Also, agree with him being a chill guy to have on in the background when playing yourself etc.

True, but Tonka & Polk seemed to be just being themselves. And when they got a roll, damn, that was some seriously entertaining **** in terms of banter & level of play. Unfortunately, it just seems to be impossible to be like that & be a consistent regular streamer. Pretty quickly you burn out.

The guys who can do it day in & day out seem to have more monotone personalities & that's not really something I'll watch.
As I say though, the kid has improved beyond all proportion & is a pretty decent player by most of our standards now.
