The Montesino casino in Vienna is hosting the PartyPoker.com Big Game VI from the 11th to 13th of April. According to Kevmath the live stream will be available on the PartyPoker blog and at PokerNews.

If you have technical questions and such i would suggest to ask YorkPuds since he's working on that particular broadcast.

[@mods: I thought it would be a good idea to start a separate rail thread on this event. This event has been mentioned in the PartyPoker Premier League thread before but it kinda got lost in there and didnt caught much attention. I think that particular cash game has always been a great show and deserves its own thread. It would be cool if Kevmath or some other mod could add the lineup in the OP because i couldnt find any yet. I just know that Daniel Cates will play for sure]

They must have been given huge ass incentives, not cash though, to play a cash game in those low stakes and if Durrrr is going to be playing that game in that stake, then I really want him back online soon.

Well, in past big game, they were using pounds but that's because they were in England, so I assume euros.

Yeah, something like that, not cash incentives though. I don't know because I can't think of a very interesting reason on why they play a game this low except the fact that they are playing against people they know/beat which is somewhat easier to make a winning session, even at 25/50/100. Plus, I think its euros so its a tad higher in value.

Maybe it is just good for them to show there faces every now and then for exposure?

The game is in pounds which is roughly 1.5x more than dollars. + mandatory straddle + loads of double/triple straddles means the game plays higher than an average 100/200 game. Tony G won ~$200k last time iirc.

I guess. Kinda like the whole, despite of the Full Tilt bs, we're still doing all right, and showing some good will and stuff like that.

I know it doesn't make much difference to the game but was this the one where every now and then PP would throw an extra 1k(?) into the pot at the beginning of the hand?
