I covered this in the chat for PokerNews and the producers, Matchroom, said they are going to make 20 or 22, two hour shows for Sky Sports so it should be prety good viewing.

I'm not sure when it will be airing but the Mixed Game championship won by Frankenberger was filmed in November 2011 and has been aired for the past few weeks in the UK

I think I said this before in the live chat, but you, and a couple others, did a great job being the mod there and giving people as much info as to what's going on in the game or what might happen in the game.

Last year they showed the whole game on TV, so I'm hoping it will be the same this year

BTW, from what I saw, the game appeared to be a good deep-stack/action game, with "Lots 'O' Action"! Although the blinds were much lower than most "TV HS Cash Games", I really enjoyed the effective stacks in many spots being 1000+ BB

This is not what happened. As the players went on break they did not realize they had left their mics on and we could here one of them taking a leak and afterwards you could clearly hear two large snorts, one for each nostril. Everyone immeditaely asked on twoplus if others heard the same thing, which they did. Thereafter, it was a game of clue as to who was doing the lines and everyone came to the conclusion that it was Sam as he was heard in the restroom and he rubbed his nose a few times on camera. Sam got wind of this and was genuinely offended and was telling Phil that he has never done cocaine in his life. Twoplus was offended at his tweet as he implied that we don't live in the real world.

It did not stem from a 'casual joke' in any shape or form.
I'm going bed so without elaborating, it came about from the game going on break and supposedly the players mics still airing live so the thread went thus basically:

This thing was pretty awesome to watch and makes me miss tv poker so much. Although the live stream format IMO is even better because there was so many interesting hands that may not make a tv cut but definitely gives insight into the dynamic and gameflow involved (for a while everyone was 3 and 4betting galore, and also bombing overbets on river) it was sick to watch. Laak is a hero. Trickett is a beast but F him for his twoplustwo comment lol.
