The ability to vote and evict players who will then be replaced by other players in the lineup is really awesome imo.

Plus, I think its euros so its a tad higher in value.
They play any game that is on TV. PA must be shopping for a new sponsor

You really think Patrik Antonius and Tom Dwan can take this cash game serious?
While in pounds its a bit bigger but I always thought lower sized games are going to have better action because people are happy to LAG it up and not have to be a bunch of scared nits with a million behind.

Might be a sign of how much they've potentially lost through FTP, then again they play in Macau don't they. Could just be the TV time, are the big high stakes TV cash games still running in the USA?

Bet Barny Boatman wished he'd read this post before he played it a few years back,.

Actually, pounds are roughly 0.5x more than dollars.

Wondering why they would play in GBP when they're in Austria?

They're scheduled to start at 6pm, so 12pm ET Wednesday.

This is a really fun event, I watched the live stream last year. Tony G got pretty loaded (as usual) and started buying drinks for everyone in the building, not just at the tables. Devilfish came and went a couple of times. A few guys got bounced (voted "out") and were quite irritated about it, if I recall.

This lineup is far superior to last year's, so I'm looking forward to it.

I guess if the actual TV program is due to be broadcast in the UK it'll make it easier for viewers there to relate to.

Well I can't imagine Isildur being too interested in a 25/50 live game but on top of that he's a Team Pokerstars Pro so probably isn't allowed to play anyway.

Also they start at 18.00 CET for those asking.

Vanessa Selbst and Eugene Katchalov are both stars pros as well.... so your argument is invalid

Appears that it'll be 25/50 Euro, 100 Euro straddle, 5k min, 20k max.

PokerNews has put up the starting lineup:
