Poker has been legal in Brasil, thanks to the Brasil Poker Federation getting a ruling years ago to the effect it is a sport involving skill.

(I once sat in a game with Fat Ronaldo in Rio, he was sponsored by Stars. Nice guy, only refer to him as Fat Ronaldo to distinguish him from that other Ronaldo who is still playing, for Real Madrid.)

I'm not sure what poker operators provide services to that market, but stick with one which will use Portuguese in communications.

Yes, at Partypoker there are no bots. No evidence, just banish bots every month and millions of dollars withheld. Is there evidence that this returns correctly to players? Ask the players!!! Close the topic, and just show how authoritative online poker is.
