Since you need a certain depositor:winner ratio, it will take some time, until there's an 'established' traffic and even longer, until you'll find RIO on poker scout. on the other hand, Phil is a smart guy, so maybe he surprises us all with some big money investors and they will run crazy adds. anyway, the good thing about RIO is, that it can grow healthy, which makes it the most interesting thing in ages.
@ Party Segregation: can't recall, but wasn't the segregation officially announced last time? given the fact, that GVC has done a good job so far, i would be surprised if they would copy an old move from the previous owners (which failed) without warning ... but well, i've seen crazier things
