I'm shocked to see so many people "completely agree". It finally makes sense why I can win in poker, almost half of you guys are stupid and have no idea what discretion is. I didn't know two plus two was filled with power tripping police officers who can't think for themselves and just say "rules are rules are rules".

I know one of his current backers, and was shown his "photo" of the collection of chip montage a lot of you 2+2ers are head hunting for. Did you ever get it? New link? Law suit filed? I never met the guy, but I know one guy that knows him better than most from his college station days. I'm bout to get an integrity check on this fellah. @chainsaw "chip dumping" heads up, three-handed or however many handed on the final table of any wsopc event is aloud, the TD simply pauses the clock and let's the players "take a break" to decide the payouts and finish positioning. I've been a part of this several times... And it's a situation that will never change unless the WSOP is willing to accept chops and adjust the tax forms accordingly and end the tournament without having to "play it out" . I'm fairly sure it's just laziness on the part of the staff that they don't want to manually adjust the w-9s themselves.

Good for him. If he meant to take the chip for malicious act or not, we all make mistakes.

Penalty for taking one chip seems extremely harsh; forfeit of $50k, the ring, banned from all future WSOP events.
