Yeah I think originally I thought the cat wouldn't make it, but now I have a cat and I think the cat in the picture will make it. Like cats can bend their bodies so unnaturally, or to humans it would be unnatural. That cat definitely has room to bend like so that both the upper and the lower part of the body are more upwards.

Exactly, but with enough momentum he'll slide forward enough to grab a hold of the edge where the sink starts.

yea you see a lot of youtube falls, but thats just because its funny when they finally do bust their ass

Another funny part is watching them size up a jump and then not taking it because they know they will fail

If the cat belonged to Schrödinger then it could both make the jump and fail the jump simultaneously because of quantum leaps.

About a decade ago as I lay on my bedroom floor doing situps my 18 year old cat jumped over me like Free Willy from a chair to my bed which were at equal height and about 6 feet apart. I was shocked. This cat certainly made it.
