And how exactly would we do that from the picture. Also, pretty sure that Heisenberg tells us that since we quantifiably know the exact location of the cat, we would be unable to determine it's velocity.
Regardless, the cat made it because cats are awesome. And if he didn't make it, it was because he didn't want to.
